What's up, y'all! It's been a LONG while since I've blogged, but I'm working on some consistency, so we'll see how that goes! In the meantime, I KNOW I'm late to the party, but have y'all heard Anthony Evans' new-ish single, Watch What He Will Do?! Listen, if you're like me (up until yesterday), and have not heard this song, I promise you need to add it to your playlist! And that's on Mary had a lil lamb, okay!!!
Anyway, I came across this song like yesterday or the day before. Now, how I completely missed the release of this joint last year, I have NO idea! I mean, IYKYK (if you know, you know), I LOVE the ministry of Anthony Evans, so I don't know how it slipped past me. But, I DO, however, know a little something about how God works and, for sure, God always works with perfect, kairos timing in mind (if you don't know about that kairos vs. chronos battle, you should DEF get your copy of In Pursuit of Surrender and learn all about it). It is no mistake that God brought this song into my life in this season and, in fact, in this very moment. This song has pretty much been on repeat since I first heard it because it is the soundtrack of my life in this right now.
If you know me or are familiar with my journey at all then you'll know that the one thing I should be an expert on by now, is WAITING! Chiiiiiiiiiiiiiiild, I've been waiting longer than those lines for Jordans and PS5s.................. PUT TOGETHER!
BUT, for all of the waiting I've been doing in the process as God has been working on me and on my behalf, I am FINALLY in a season of manifestation and it is SO good, y'all! When you've been waiting years and years... and years to see the manifestation of what God spoke, it can get lonely, trying, scary, worrisome, and downright annoying and frustrating; and that's straight up, like Paula Abdul!
It's been such a LONG time coming, but now I'm seeing all the fruit that my surrender, obedience, diligence and waiting yielded. So, as I blast "Watch What He Will Do" (a.k.a. my theme song in this season) all over my home all day, EREday, you will please pardon my enthusiasm because the lyrics are unfolding in my life right before my very eyes, FINALLY, and I'm going to bask in it! So, as Anthony has admonished, I'm getting ready for my miracle, getting ready for my joy, I'm getting ready for revival, 'cuz it's coming, it's coming...... As a matter of fact... it's already here!
